Dr. Burrows is a 2014 graduate from Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD). Prior to Attending IUSD, Dr. Burrows graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University (BYU). Before moving to Vernon, Dr. Burrows worked 3 years as an associate in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. Dr. Burrows purchased Abby Dental Care in April, 2017. Dr. Burrows’ passions focus on general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Burrows believes in researching and using the latest technology and techniques to create beautiful smiles, alleviate pain and improve patient’s self-confidence. New techniques in computer-assisted dentistry make treatment options more predictable, affordable, and convenient for patients. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Burrows enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, playing guitar and traveling with his family.
Dr. Bhathal grew up in southern British Columbia. Before heading off to university, she spent her days on the orchard that her parents own and operate, in Cawston, BC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from UBC Okanagan before attending dental school at UBC in Vancouver. Dr. Bhathal graduated with her DMD (doctor of dental medicine) in 2024. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Bhathal enjoys playing soccer and is an avid movie watcher! Dr. Bhathal looks forward to meeting the patients at Abby Dental Care. She prides herself on being up to date with the latest in dental research and technology, and is looking forward to utilizing those techniques and equipment available here at Abby Dental. She is also fluent in Punjabi, and will gladly use this skill to communicate with patients who are more comfortable speaking this language.

Dr. Trent Bevans graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry in 2012. While attending university, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces to gain hands-on experience and further his education in dentistry. After completing dental school, Dr. Bevans underwent basic training and was posted to Cold Lake, Alberta, where he served as an Army Captain until the fall of 2015.
In July 2016, Dr. Bevans relocated to Vernon with his young family and began working as an associate at Abby Dental Care. He became the proud owner of the practice in April 2017.
Dr. Bevans is passionate about all aspects of general dentistry, with special interests in orthodontics and oral surgery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys construction projects, is an avid hunter, and loves spending time outdoors camping at the lake with his family.
